The Royal Ghost

Set in Brighton in 1871, the story follows Mina Scarletti, a diminutive writer of horror stories and investigator of psychic phenomena. When a book by two respectable spinsters claims they witnessed the ghost of the Prince Regent at the Brighton Pavilion, it sends shockwaves through the town. While the tale attracts spiritualists, Mina strongly suspects fraudulent activity and sets out to investigate, only to discover that nothing is quite as it seems.
