Trouble Man

Set in Manchester at the close of the millennium, the story follows Henry Bane, who is now the manager of an exclusive nightclub. Immersed in a violent underworld to which he has become increasingly numb, Bane tries to help a tortured young girl who refuses to go to the police. By meddling, he accidentally endangers his own loved ones, incurs the wrath of an ailing ganglord, and gets tangled up in a penthouse robbery and an underground boxing match.
