The story follows three beautiful Iranian sisters—Marjan, Bahar, and Layla Aminpour—who escape the Iranian Revolution and end up in a damp, quiet Irish town called Ballinacroagh. They open the Babylon Café and introduce the local residents to traditional Persian cuisine like fresh herb kuku and lamb abgusht, completely transforming the town’s culinary landscape while navigating romance, friendship, and cultural friction.
