Broken Blue Line

This biographical memoir follows the intense law enforcement career of Alistair Livingstone, a British police officer who gained widespread media attention as the UK’s “Supercop” due to his record-shattering arrest numbers. However, the unrelenting pressure of frontline duty and the daily trauma of twenty-first-century policing eventually took a massive toll. The book provides a raw, unfiltered look at his subsequent psychological breakdown, his retirement from the police force, and his challenging journey toward mental health recovery.
