Deadly Communion

A psychological thriller set in Imperial Vienna during 1903. A unique sexual predator is at large, targeting young women using a nearly undetectable hatpin. Detective Inspector Oskar Rheinhardt teams up with Dr. Max Liebermann—a psychoanalyst and disciple of Sigmund Freud—to probe the dark, unconventional underbelly of the city and stop a killer whose deviance reflects the growing unrest of the pre-WWI era.
