The New Neighbours

Set in Dartmouth Circle—a quiet, upscale, and protective suburban cul-de-sac—the peaceful life of the local residents is turned upside down when a house is suddenly sold and rented out to a group of university students. Led by the highly combative community busybody, Sheila Colby, the older neighbors are instantly outraged by the threat of loud parties, disruption, and an influx of outsiders. However, the students’ arrival acts as a catalyst that strips away the neighborhood’s polished facade. As the new and old residents clash, long-buried secrets, personal scandals, and internal family dysfunctions bubbling just beneath the surface of this “perfect” street are dramatically brought to light.
