Thursdays in the Park

The story follows Jeanie, a woman approaching her sixties who is trapped in a confusing and lonely marriage. Out of nowhere, George—her husband of thirty years—completely withdraws from any intimacy and refuses to give her an explanation. Jeanie is left feeling abandoned and resentful, with the only bright spot in her routine being her Thursdays spent looking after her granddaughter at the local park.
